Barriers to healthcare access during pregnancy and after birth for adolescent girls living with disability in Sierra Leone: a qualitative study

Abstract : This research explores how disability further limits pregnant adolescents’ access to antenatal and postnatal care in Sierra Leone. It highlights stigma, discrimination, financial barriers and negative experiences within health facilities, showing how these factors increase health risks for disabled young mothers.
